A: Its distributed from Brooklyn, NY.  Package states it is a "product of the USA"

**Q: Is this parboiled?**
A: No but it take about 40 min to cook on a rice cooker I am from Puerto Rico  this taste good with peas and carrots 2tsp of Olive oil add salt to water

We used this as a substitute for rice and quinoa in stuffed peppers and similar dishes. It was very tasty and goes a long way one hydrated. We plant to add this to our shopping rotation.
