The perfect morning energy, focus & hydration!
Can't start my morning without the Nectar energy packets. It's the perfect amount of energy and focus. I take it with a quarter or half a cup of water as soon as I wake up on an empty stomach. I start to feel awake, energized, hydrated and it really hits my brain in a nice way in terms of calming anxiety and increasing focus so I can start work. The combination of L-Theanine and electrolytes really does magic things to my brain especially because I have ADHD and have a hard time focusing. Great mood booster as well. Had to give up my coffee and black tea due to heart problems and it was not making me feel good at all and Nectar really helps since your heart needs electrolytes. Love the flavors and it mixes well with water. Can't live without it now! Love it so much.

Highly Recommend
Great product. High quality ingredients and flavors are great. I’ve recommended this to many of my friends. If other energy/electrolyte drinks upset your stomach this is a great alternative. The only thing I’d recommend is to add slightly less water than it says on the packaging. The flavors can taste a little diluted if you add the full amount of recommended water.

Great boost of energy, almost perfect
I wanted to get something similar to Liquid IV that also had caffeine, while I was going to festivals, so I did not need to spend money on buying energy drinks while at the venue. Originally, I was going to buy Liquid IV since it's readily available at grocery stores, but I decided to look into something different that I could get online. I found these after a quick search on Amazon, and I can say that these packets work really well and helped me out a lot. These are a fantastic option for those who want a small boost of energy on the go without having to spend a ton of money. Many festivals do not allow you to bring in energy drinks or any liquids into the venue due to safety reasons, and so they can upcharge you for expensive drinks inside. However, I wanted to get something that also had electrolytes so that I could prevent cramps and keep going while I was at the shows. These were easy to bring in, as the sealed packets meant that security had no issue letting me in with these. They were great, as that meant I could bring them into most festivals without worrying about getting them taken away at security checks. And as they advertise, they work fairly well. I did not cramp up at Lollapalooza and was able to keep going without needing to take breaks (which are common issues for me at these long shows). They came with a lot of flavors, and I only used a couple per day. The quantity is not an issue, especially since I am using them only every so often. They're competitively priced with Liquid IV and other comparable brands, which I really appreciate. Additionally, they were really convenient to use, as I brought a separate water bottle that I could put them into, so I was able to keep my water pack clean without putting anything else that would make the bladder taste bad. All I did was pour the contents into the bottle and shook it for like 15 seconds, and it incorporated well. It did not have a chalky feeling, and my bottle had little remnants every time, so I was surprised how well they mixed in together. The only negatives that come to mind are the strength and the actual flavors. I have a high caffeine tolerance, so that means that I usually have to have a couple of these in order to make sure I don't get tired during the shows. That's more of a singular case, and I don't think most people would have an issue with the strength, as it is comparable to coffee or tea. I would usually just mix in other hydration/electrolyte tablets that had less caffeine, only to provide a small boost to the caffeine content while also providing more electrolytes to me. However, the only issue that I can really see is the flavors, as they tend to taste the same. They don't have a salty taste like other brands have, but most flavors were hard to distinguish from each other. The taste was pretty weak in 16oz of water, so if you do want a stronger taste I would recomend using a smaller amount of water. Other than those, these had no major issues at all. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with this product. It does exactly what I wanted and does not have any serious negatives that I can report. I would recommend these products to someone who wanted a good hydration packet that also provided caffeine without a ton of sugar and without any harmful additives.

Low sodium electrolyte drink
I was trying to find an electrolyte drink with minimal sodium when I came across Nectar. Ive tried one flavor so far. Strawberry Lemonade. It is light and not over powering. I like the taste.

It's a big NO from me!!
I rarely ever leave a bad review, but this one is completely merited!! I was super excited to find an electrolyte mix that did not have Sucralose listed as an ingredient (that chemical crap is awful, not only in taste, but what it does to your organs), along with several other organic ingredients, AND came in a range of appealing flavor options. Win-Win, right? The answer is...Wrong! 1, No matter how much shaking I do, nor any variance to the temperature of the water, this powder will NOT fully dissolve. And constantly shaking the bottle to try to mix it, again, as the powder just sits as sediment at the bottom. 2. The flavor, or shall I say lack thereof, is also a tremendous letdown. I've tried them all, in smaller amounts of water, doubling the amount of packets in hopes to have actually taste any of the fruit flavor cited on the packaging, but still nothing. 3. The aftertaste is HORRENDOUS! For a product that cites organic, natural flavors, I taste nothing but chemicals and found myself choking down each bottle, which is saying a lot for a person what consistently drinks over a gallon of water each and every day. 4. Even though the purchase cites a return window, you'll find that it is, in fact, NOT returnable. So now am I not only out of the $$ invested in not 1, but 2 bags (yes, I grabbed both the Energy Boost and Hydration versions) but have a stash of basically useless product that I have ZERO desire to get through. Learn from my mistake, read the reviews, and save your $$!!!

A Long-Time Liquid IV User Tries Nectar: Subtle Flavor, Different Purpose
As someone who races dirt bikes competitively (Hare Scramble and Enduro) and has taken hydration seriously since a close call in 2018, Liquid IV has been my go-to for years. It's been a true lifesaver during 2+ hour races in hot weather, keeping me going with an average heart rate of ~170. I even rely on Yuzu Pineapple Liquid IV every morning as my "coffee" since I avoid traditional coffee, soda, and energy drinks that cause headaches. However, for daily hydration when I'm not actively sweating out electrolytes, I've grown conscious of ingesting such high levels of potassium and sodium. My search for a sugar-free alternative with cleaner ingredients and more balanced levels for non-workout days led me to Nectar. This is my first venture outside of Liquid IV, and I was drawn to Nectar's clean ingredient list and positive overall reviews. I chose the Strawberry Lemonade flavor, as it's typically my preferred taste in hydration powders. Upon first inspection, the Nectar packets are strikingly smaller than Liquid IV – a mere 0.13 oz compared to Liquid IV's 0.56 oz per package. This is nearly a 77% reduction in content, a significant difference you can immediately see. This size discrepancy instantly made sense of some reviews I'd read about the taste being "weak," especially if your baseline is a more concentrated product like Liquid IV. I mixed my first Nectar packet with slightly less water than I'd use for Liquid IV. To my surprise, the taste wasn't entirely absent; it's just far more subtle. There's a distinct lemonade flavor, though the strawberry notes are less prominent. Overall, it's a pleasant taste, albeit undeniably weaker than what I'm accustomed to. The caffeine content is also less than Liquid IV's, but it still provides a noticeable, smooth energy increase with no jitters or crash, which is a major plus for me. I was also pleased to find that I didn't experience any of the separation issues some other reviewers noted. I simply added the powder to my canteen with ice water, gave it a quick shake, and it mixed perfectly, staying well-dissolved until the last drop. In conclusion, while I find the overall value a bit weak given the significantly smaller packet size and more subtle flavor profile, Nectar Hydration Powder will serve its purpose for me. I plan to continue using this entire pack as my daily morning go-to when I'm not engaged in intense workouts or racing, appreciating its cleaner ingredients and smooth energy without the excessive sodium and potassium.

Taste great!
My husband really likes this product! It was a stocking stuffer for him. He got the wild berry and really enjoys it over the other brands.
