The product was alright but you get no choice in which fairy you get so my granddaughter was upset to get the same one twice

This is a cute little fairy doll (I ordered the one with the blue hair) & it definitely has an ample amount of hair for brushing (just be aware that with the first brushing a bunch of little excess hair clumps came out that I tossed out, but there's still plenty of hair left on the doll!) But you may want to brush its hair out good before giving it to your child so that you can throw out any loose clumps of hair that come out of it so they don't wind up in your home on your floor choking your cat or something!The little plastic "jar" of "fairy dust" glitter that the fairy comes with is cute & I tied a little ribbon around it for my child to hang it around the doll's neck. It has a very small little hole/loop at the top of the jar where you can slip a thin ribbon through it. The stand is a bit flimsy for standing up the doll in it, but if you stick the doll's feet into the foot holes on the stand, then the doll stands up decently enough with the stand.When you press the doll's button on her necklace a light on the center of its wings on its back lights up different colors, but the light will only stay lit as long as you're pressing the button on the necklace. It would've been nice if the light would stay lit for a minute after pressing it in order for a child to enjoy the light & not have to press the button the whole time they want to see the light. But it is what it is. And it's a bit pointless to put a light on the back of the doll which is covered by its hair, so I put the doll's hair in a ponytail for my child so that they could more easily see the light on the fairy's wings.It would've made more sense to have the doll's necklace light up, or its entire wings light up...so that the light could be viewed from the front of the doll while a child plays with it. Having the light on the back of the doll, covered by its hair is a bit pointless, but at least it's an added bit of "fairy" enjoyment for a child!My child actually liked the little nest of Robin's eggs that it came with (although I found that piece kinda useless lol.) The fairy's tree home is cute though & the hairbrush it comes with is adequate & I appreciate that you can turn the light off on the tree house to save the battery on it when your child isn't using it. The tree home is also nice for taking the fairy places so it can be protected inside of it's "tree home." :)Overall it's a cute little doll at an affordable price!!

First I should start off by saying this is a “surprise” doll so you don’t know which one you’ll be getting till you reveal her by opening up the package or in this case the little door on the tree. That’s part of the attraction with these “surprise” or “reveal” dolls, you don’t know who you’re getting till you open it up. My granddaughter absolutely loves them and thinks they’re so fun to open up. I think they’re pretty popular now as there are a lot of different ones available.My granddaughter loved the doll, she’s five, might not be that spectacular for a little older child. I wasn’t really sure if this was worth the price but it looks like they have dropped the price a couple dollars since I first ordered it so I guess for the doll and accessories it’s not a bad price. It only comes with a few accessories but it does come with everything that is shown in the picture.It says you can use the tree as a night light; the light is very dim, kind of flickers so not much of a nightlight in my opinion. I don’t think I would ever use it as a nightlight for my granddaughter. I may try and replace the batteries to see if that helps. Her wings do light up too but you have to press the little button on her necklace, they light up pretty dim as well.Overall this doll is pretty cute, my granddaughter seems to love her and has been playing with her off and on since she got it. Would make a cute gift if you’re looking for a small and inexpensive gift for someone.

Cute doll. My daughters like it. We received the one with light orange hair. She lights up and so does her little tree house. She comes with a few small accessories, a brush, a bottle and a birds nest with eggs.

This doll is cute, but I can’t say I’m impressed. Opening it was sort of… uneventful? Which is rare for a blind toy. There wasn’t much spectacle to it, I just opened her little door and there was a doll in a clear plastic bag, and a little sectioned off bag with three “surprises” in it. The surprises were a brush (eyeroll), a little jar (?) looking thing with glitter inside, and eggs in a nest… I guess to sit on top of the tree? The tree flashes a dim little light into itself, and the fairies wings light up, but you need to hold down the button on her chest.The fairy comes already clothed in a painted-on top, an ill-fitting skirt, and no shoes. Her hair is very soft. Her paint job isn’t amazing, but it isn’t horrible either, and her face is different, but pretty. She has articulation in her shoulders and legs.I don’t think that the doll is bad, but I think that the price is. $11.99 for a doll, a tree (that has little playability, tbh), a hairbrush, jar (?), and bird eggs is an insane ask when compared with some of the surprise dolls out there. I think this could be good in the 5-7 dollar range, but asking double that is goofy.

Who doesn’t love a fairy? Let’s be real about that and add a cute tree house that shows it can light up then life is perfect! This doll was very detailed and to make it even more fun her wings light up…but only when you’re holding down on her chest which is kind of annoying. She is perfect for gifting, good price point and has a bunch of friends that can join in the fun too!

I purchased this because (1)well, I will always be a kid at heart and I love dolls; (2) and also for my niece to play with when she comes over. Honestly, I was a little disappointed. It arrived with some damages that seemed to be from the shipping process -just a chipped corner, but the night light also was not working. I figured the included batteries were just dead, but after changing them out with fresh batteries it still would not light up....hence, the disappointment.
