These are great for roller derby, comfy and breath well. They stay on well, but can be harder to take off.

I got these for snowboarding. They fit over my gloves and were quite comfortable.

Not particularly comfortable but good for the price and do what they’re meant to. They’re a wee bit flimsy where the material and Velcro are so I don’t expect the material will last too long

Protecting my wrists whilst learning to unicycle. Feeling so much safer.

These have been very handy for protecting wrists from falls. They are easy to put on and have a single velcro strap keeping them in place.The only gripe here is that if you want full hand protection you should grab some gloves but not bulky ones, as these would need to go on over the glove - they don't protect the sides of your palm / fingers from scrapes - the main purpose is to stop you ending up in A&E with a snapped wrist..which they do very well!

Much easier for the kids to put on and remove then the 1st version - slide on the glove, one strap across the middle, off you go. Protective bumper seems pretty solid, stable stable and well positioned to (hopefully) prevent broken wrists when they inevitably take a tumble. Good value.

I completely misunderstood the whole slip on and off thing. There's a single strap you need to undo, but it's still saves a lot of time in putting these on and off since it's 2 straps vs 6. Also easier to store because you can wrap em with a single strap. The old model always got all tangled for me.The materials feel better to me but we'll see how it stands up to use. I would still expect the netting to make this single use after a fall but hopefully won't need to test that. You can also easily swap out the impact plate if you need to.
