It came the next day, which is great for anxiety, so it can be used quickly. I use it for being in lifts, long train journeys, even at the ballet which I find can be rather long, the cinema, and waiting rooms. It is a nice feeling that it is there. I wish I had one of these when I was younger. It is light but not annoying. It has nice clicks, some buttons are quiet, so they can be used for work. I love having this in my pocket. It is good for adults. Maybe if it has heavy use, it could break.

Rubbish!
Half the buttons don't make that satisfactory 'click' and the code lock wheel just spins round no restance to it at all. Don't waste your money on this

Good for people with anxiety
So I bought this for my gf. She has anxiety and having something to fidget with is good for her. This looks just like the pictures. The quality seems good. My only issue with it is that the spinning circular piece jambs/sticks and you can't always spin it freely. It's like it binds up on something. It does eventually free its self but it's not as high quality as some. For the price it's good and the look it good. So there are many plus sides it's just the one part that annoys me.

Great features, too loud
I bought this fidget because I have ADHD and transitioning back to in-person classes in University has been a challenge for me. I feel so sedentary and like I constantly need to move. I thought I would be able to use this in class but all the features make clicking noises which is irritating to other students. I ended up having to substitute it for a stress ball because this fidget makes too much noise and it's hard to not annoy people when you're using it.
