The mechanism that trimmers itself is it's fine is the quality of the foils that separate the skin from the blades that's where the problems are the lack of quality control on the foils

Unhappy customer
I just bought this and used it twice. It gave a nice close shave both times. After I shut it off after the second use It turned on by itself. The power button was off so I clicked it on and then off several times and it wouldn't shut off. I finally laid it on the counter and smacked it with my hand and it shut off. A few minutes later it came on again and wouldn't shut off and again I clicked the switch on and off and it wouldn't go off so I smacked it with my and it shut off. This happened a couple more times so I decided to leave it on to run the battery out but I noticed the charging number was going up not down so I got it to shut off. Needless to say I'm not happy with it and I am hesitant to buy online cuz I don't want the hassle to ship things back when they're faulty. It's easier to return items to a physical store. So I'm now on the hunt for a new electric shaver before my head needs shaved again - ugh.

close shave
This is a great razor gets rid of stubble close shave however the foil head has broke already A sharp end piece of metal is lifted on the end

A really good shaver
To start with this shaver has a lithium battery that charges in 2 to 3 hours. The shave is gentle yet effective. Shaves as close as any I have had or used, and I have owned just about all major brands. It does not pull long hairs as others do. I have also tried lesser known Chinese brands and they are not up to par with this shaver. I am really satisfied with this “Crunch” shaver from Supreme Trimner.
