Red Light Therapy for Face, LED Red Light Therapy Mask 660nm & 850nm Wavelength for Home Use

I’ve been using this red LED face mask three times a week, and I’m so impressed with the results! My skin looks noticeably firmer and more rejuvenated. I'm not sure if I notice any difference, but I'm pretty inconsistent with usage. It definitely feels nice though, I wish I had taken a before photo. I will say the customer service is great! My mask started to malfunction and they responded quickly to find a resolution. Thanks!

After reading lots of reviews on the many masks that are available currently, it seamed that the "hard" masks could hurt the nose area/didn't fit that well and ultimately if it hurts you likely won't use the mask as much. I used to have an older hard "notebook" red light therapy style device, but this mask is an upgrade in comfort and also technology and I'm so glad I got it. With the velcro straps I get a perfect fit and the removable eye protector cups are a big upgrade. Mine unit works as it should and I'm using it daily because it's a pleasure to incorporate in my routine, plus the little power brick allows it to be used in different locations--you're not plugged into a wall socket. Would recommend!

Mediocre product but not at all what this manufacturer is advertising, and definitely not worth the cost.Firstly, the manufacturer's listing of this product claims that there are 148 660nm LEDs and 74 850nm LEDs. Conveniently, the listing contains no image of the back side of this mask, as it would reveal that the number of LEDs claimed is blatantly false. As you can clearly see from my photo, this mask has only around 70 LEDs total, less than half what is claimed by the listing, and they all appear to be identical in terms of light emitted. So therefore I doubt any 850nm light is being emitted at all and who knows if the light from the LEDs is actually 660nm or not.The mask does get slightly warm after ~15 or so mins of use, which is a bad sign as proper LEDs shouldn't emit any heat. It's probably not enough heat to warrant any safety concerns, but it is a bad sign for the overall build quality of the product.The rechargeable battery that comes with the mask is pretty terrible, and I don't think I've ever gotten it to last all the way through a whole 20-minute session. However, I usually just plug the mask straight into an outlet and that seems to work fine.Overall, this mask is the same cheap, bare-minimum garbage that you can find from other sellers for significantly less, but this seller has just lied to make the product seem superior and worthy of a higher price.My recommendation: DO NOT BUY!

I’m no stranger to the red light (near infrared and red) so when I found this face mask I was so excited. I loved its comfort, mix of lights, levels of intensity and that the eye pieces are separate. I know the light are really beneficial already for many things even for the eyes. There are peered reviewed articles on macular degeneration and near infrared light out there. The IR light prevents and slows MD down. I like that the mask allows some light to your eyes. The first time I used it, it was great. The second time it suddenly turned off and didn’t turn back on. I waited a few hours and it turned on, but again suddenly turned off.Since it wasn’t reliable or predictable, I sent it back. Hoping to find another face mask that works better with all those same qualities. **Since I've written this, the company did reach out to me a few days later and offered to replace my mask, which was honorable. ***As promised my face mask arrived and so far so good. I love this product, I have purchased other red light devices, this is a very soft material, light weight, I use this about 3-4 days a week and already see results. Easy to use, I put it on and just watch tv or search social media LOL.

I loved the mask, but it just died. The lights flickered on and off the last time I used it, and I had to move the wire around to find a position where it still worked. Then I tried to turn it on today and while the control panel works, no lights are coming on.Seeing the other review where a wire came loose, I pulled up that section on the mask but it was intact. It feels very similar to when a phone charging cable starts to stop working.It seems like others have had the same experience. It’s a shame because it’s otherwise a good product. I handled it normally and didn’t do anything that should have damaged the wires.The other thing to not me is that just above the eyes, the silicone appears “burnt”. I’ve always washed my face prior to use, but twice I did apply a green tea extract about 30 minutes prior to use (based on studies that green tea potentiates the benefits). Perhaps the “burn” is a reaction to the green tea liquid? I don’t know.

After 9 months of having this product it just stopped working. Contacted the seller through Amazon and they sent me a new one in 3 days.
