I see a lot of comments about taste. Iron tastes like you licked a penny and it’s really hard to mask. But the grape flavor does a really good job compared to some other supplements my daughter and I have tried. Chew quick, think of grape soda and drink water afterwards to get rid of a slight aftertaste. They work great!

I’m 72 and the only thing abnormal in my annual bloodwork was a little low in iron. But the OTC my Dr suggested upset my stomach. These don’t and as gummy…much more fun to take. 😁

I've noticed a slight change in energy and would probably notice more if I remembered to take them everyday. My only issue is the taste and texture. I already know how Mary Ruth's supplements taste and what to expect but these I have to hold my nose and choke down for the greater good.

I was hoping to find a gummy to replace floradix however this is definitely not it. It tastes awful and the texture is just as bad. Nothing like the rest of the Mary Ruth gummies I take on the daily

Taste is awful. Not sure if it has helped any with low iron as I have only been taking a few weeks.
