There’s no taste to it at all and it dissolves very easily. I mixed it with my protein shake and it didn’t mess with the taste of texture.

Good quality glutamine

I use this in my digestion drink every morning and it’s very soothing. Each scoop is 10 grams which makes this a great value! Other powders have 1g or 5g, but Revive packs a punch with a full 10g. Mixes well!
