Update 2019: The suction cups failed after 4 years on the bathroom wall. I recommend you knock a small nail in the tile grout and not solely rely on the suction cups. Excellent service from the supplier and I got the same bathroom clock again. It has worked flawlessly for 5 years and never steamed/fogged up and gave accurate bathroom temperature. Unlike in 2015 (see review below) the new clock’s mechanism is far more superior, with the seconds hand moving smoothly, rather than the traditional ‘tick-tock’.Review 2015: The overall quality is better than I expected. The rims are metal and looks great. The suction cups work great and stuck on the tiles without any problems. If there is a negative to mention then it's the plastic battery mechanism it's cheap and flimsy.

This clock is fantastic. I wrote an earlier review saying I couldn't find how to put the battery in, but all you do is turn the back of the clock and it comes off to put the battery in and then you turn it back. It looks stylish, its easy to read. The suction cups work on tiles, it can be moved anywhere. I had a clock that kept getting rusty in the bathroom before and it took up space, this is so perfect because it even attaches to tiles, which not all suction pads do. The size is perfect. Not so big it dominates the room, not so small you can't read it at a distance or without glasses, just perfect. I love this clock and wish I had brought it earlier. I wrote to the firm when I couldn't work out where to put the batteries and they replied within a few hours, the customer service was excellent as well. Can't recommend it enough.

I like this clock, it's nice and clear although a bit smaller would have been better for the shower enclosure as it is pretty much in your face! I didn't want to risk hanging it on the wall outside the shower in case it fell and broke on the floor, or damaged the wooden floor. So I have stuck it to tiles using the 4 strong suction cups, and positioned it above some shower shelves hoping that if it does fall, then it lands in there! The temperature feature is interesting and novel, although in a shower I'm not really sure what real benefit it has. The suction cups look pretty good but you should probably keep checking them to make sure they are holding firm in the longer term. If you clean the tiles well and make sure the suction cups are clean too, then they should stick well, as I discovered from a bluetooth device I put in the shower previously that kept falling down. I didn't see where the clock stand was but from their website can see that it is inside the clock. The instructions are only online but the page does work - somebody else says the page didn't work but I think they must have typed in the wrong address: [...] It says it works up to 50 degrees, and it is designed for bathrooms...so I'm rather puzzled by the instructions which say, humidity, heat or dropping it could damage it and render it unusable...the warranty is forfeited if damage results from not heeding the 'safety instructions'...hmmm...so nice clock, but if it falls and breaks, then is it actually fit for purpose? We'll see! PS after several days' use - I am now using the stand and have the clock on a shelf outside of the shower as it steams up too easily. Even outside the shower it steams up, it's just not quite so bad. I thought it would be treated with something to inhibit the effects of steam in a shower area!

Well, after a lot of checking out which bathroom clock to buy, I eventually chose this one. Its looks, and promises, even though it was slightly above my budget.So glad I bought it. The packaging is excellent and totally recyclable, the instructions are very clear and Setting up a piece of cake.I have new bathroom tiles and gave them a very good wash and dry. I moistened the 4 huge suction cups and placed it in the bathroom where needed. Initially I was slightly concerned and wondered wether to put a hook in the tile as well, but have risked not doing so.The shower is used 4 times a day with plenty of moisture and condensation (we like our bathroom hot) and the clock has not moved. The temperature readout is a bonus as it is interesting to see what heat you bath in ( wow??, that hot?) and the clock has not moved even slightly. I do tend to check its suction occasionally just to see if there is any movement and it seems it is genuinely stuck to the tile.If ever I needed another bathroom/shower clock, I would not hesitate to buy another of these Trendworx 4044 Bathroom Clock with Digital Thermometer.Well done Trendworx.

This Trendworx clock is very easy to read, thanks to the black-on-white high contrast face and the fact that the clock face (just the white part) is a good size - it's slightly larger than a CD or DVD. In fact, although I'm quite short-sighted I can even read it without my glasses from a few feet away. To access the battery the round back cover is easily rotated for removal, and there's a circular rubber seal fixed inside the clock body to keep water out when the cover is in place. The four large suckers will hold the clock on tiling, although as a precaution I've also tied a piece of cord through the hanging loop and over the shower rail, to prevent the clock from crashing into the bath if the suckers should ever lose grip. Although there's no printed instruction manual supplied with the clock, the manual can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website as noted on the packaging. This is a far superior water-resistant bathroom clock than other cheap ones, and well worth the price.
