I had asked for it to be 'safely' placed by my garage in the delivery instructions. However, either desertcart or the supplier didn't add that to the driver's notes. Therefore, he carried the 25kg bags up a flight of stairs to our 1st floor front door/porch; whereas the garage is at ground level. I was reluctant to ask him to take them back down again (as I required them at ground level), so had to undertake that myself. No problem for me years ago, but less easy now.
