Helping to connect with employees struggling to speak foreign language
I recently purchased these translating earbuds, and I have to say, they’re pretty amazing! Initially, I bought 1 pair to try as I wasn't sure they would work and how accurately they would pick up foreign people speaking English and translating to Spanish or Portuguese. I was really surprised as they work pretty well. They are not always 100 % accurate and sometimes will come out with really funny translations, however for this price, I can't complain, as it helps me connect with employees. Since then, I've purchased a total of 5 additional sets. If you work with people who don’t speak English, these things are a total game-changer. The app is user-friendly. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Didn't work when needed
My original review was taken down for some unknown reason as I did say anything to breach the guidelines but in summary you can't use the customer support without calling an international number which is not help when roaming and the device stopped working from one language to my native language when needed. It is now an expensive headset.

Isn't the future just yet.
Buyer beware - these far from the tech magic current pushers might make it appear.This is just a pair of rather okay bluetooth earbuds with a 30£ voucher of their proprietary translation app tacked on.The entire magic happens exclusively in your phone, and the app itself is far from reliable in terms of both doing it's job and, in case you run an Android phone - starting at all, let alone the paltry set of language pairings it provides.If you are looking for a tech gizmo that will translate conversations hands free - you are looking in the wrong place. The entire process requires your phone to be firmly in hand for the entire time, at which point you might be better suited just downloading any app from the Play or Apple Store with a prompt for "voice translator" while sporting any generic bluetooth earbuds for a fraction of the price and just as much, if not less hassle.

Brilliant product
Easy to use and works very well. The offline function is amazing and great for travelling. Not just a translator but helps you learn the language. Strongly recommend

Good earbuds but limited translation
These earbuds are good in that they have excellent sound quality and keep charge for a reasonable amount of time. They have clear microphones and good connectivity. Also the touch controls are useful. So, they perform well as Bluetooth headphones in the normal way. But the two-way translator software is not amazing, and they definitely aren't the Babelfish magic promised. They can be helpful but I wouldn't rely on them. My language of choice is Welsh and of course they don't support it. I also speak French and this is OK. They don't have a great deal of functionality when offline so this will involve lots of use of your wifi or mobile data.
