Do not use WATER! Tastes much better with coconut milk. Use a blender or shake it real well. I had my first drink in the afternoon, then a very low calorie dinner. (Omlet) lost 2 lbs just over night, have been eating light, but 310 had sped up the weight loss a bit faster. Definitely worth it.

I need a daily chocolate fix, so I lean towards shakes - some chocolatey snack that isn't terribly unhealthy. I consider myself familiar with chocolate shake products on the market. I decided to finally try something different (well knowing this is too expensive for me). This product is quite sweet (sickly) and I am not sure why or what from based on ingredient list. I used 1c of unsweetened almond milk and needed to further dilute with additional 1/2c because it still tasted too sweet. It has a sandy feeling in the mouth, I think underneath there is a fairly decent chocolate flavor. I also like to add a banana to shakes for more substance. As for meal replacement, well as I said I don't utilize shakes for that reason...for me it's a healthy chocolate fix and, anything providing a mere 110 calories is by no means a meal replacement. If this product was half the price, I would purchase again because of the decent chocolate flavor (I could live with the sandy mouth feel), but the cost is prohibitive for me.

Was skeptical because a lot of protein shakes have a grainy texture. But this was pleasantly tasty. Hopefully helps me curb my hunger.
