Update: after leaving a 3 star review, the company reached out to me directly to offer a resolution! What amazing customer service!! This two-pack of RC speed boats is a blast for backyard pool days. They’re fast, responsive, and surprisingly durable for their size. The waterproof design means you can race them without worrying about splashes or dunking—ours handled pool play like champs with no hiccups. Each boat comes with its own remote, and the controls are intuitive enough for kids (and adults) to pick up quickly. The boats zip across the water with impressive speed, making races genuinely exciting. Setup is easy, and the USB chargers are convenient—but here’s the catch: the battery life is short. You get about 20–25 minutes of runtime before needing a recharge, which can feel a bit limiting during longer play sessions. Still, for quick bursts of fun and poolside entertainment, these boats deliver. They’re flashy, fast, and waterproof—just keep a charger handy if you want to extend the action.

Great little boats so far! They only complete the dc circuit when sitting in water. Quick throttle response! Various light patterns with a button. Boats GO left or right just by turning the wheel. Throttle trigger is for straight forward and slow backward. Accidentally submerged one without cover and still works great! Can circle in bathtub (with some edge bumping) durable construction and really fun for kids!

Both boats work fine. However, one of the controllers starts beeping after a minute or so. The batteries are all charged, the same brand new batteries in both controllers and it's in a pool, no more that 10 feet away. Fun enough. Not as fast as expected, but "fine" for what it is.

It's a great toy for 2 kids, playdate and just family fun and what's the most important these days it takes kids outdoor. I love this boats to use in our pool especially winter time when we don't swim and we can say it's so beneficial to have toy like that! There is also QR code on the box that states if you register purchase it will grant you lifetime warranty! Would that be awesome if it's true!

12&9 year old grandsons are having a blast with these in the pool and today we are taking them to the lake. These boys are rough on things and these boats are tough! Charging takes about 90 minutes and they run full speed on a charge for about half an hour straight. Lights in boats are cool and hand held remote starts sounding when boat battery is dying so you can get it out of water before having to go in after it. Overall super sturdy, pretty fast,and easy use. Great purchase at good price point!!!

These were delivered extremely fast just a few hours. They are really fun in the pool fast and maneuverable forward backwards right and left cool little boats. My only worry was a lot of water got inside one of them when I opened it to charge the battery I could smell the little motor it had gotten really hot. I hope they last but only time will tell.update time has told one of the boats has a bad motor and a bad battery we have asked and gotten an exchange which is a great because my granddaughter loves these little boats. Something about the red one not being as good as the blue one twice in a row the blue one doesn’t get as much water in it it is heavier and faster then the red one not sure why money I suppose buy two get one good one ? Maybe.

Well they look nice and they work. They do hook up individually to whatever remote you're holding and they work on different frequencies so I was surprised on that. But the propellers are in the wrong place they are level with the boat hole so they cannot go in reverse at all. They go forward about 5 mph. And they do last forever the battery lasts longer than the fun does.

Phenomenal toy but one of ours came with only one prop working. Made one of our two boys heartbroken
