so maybe it is good when you are at the traffic lights an trying ...
although you get an idea of how much benefical having this product,,there really is no benefit of this thing at all.you simply can not see anything on your blind spots, unless you focus on it.but focusing with this mirror on blind spots is getting you out of your riding mode.so maybe it is good when you are at the traffic lights an trying to see your blind spot by moving your body to a side.what this manufacturer company would do better is making two round small mirrors and stick them on right and left sides of the bike.TRY!! i tried it my self and works 10 times better than this mirror.maybe it is a handy product when you dont have a sauce pan with you at a time.one more thing is that they said it has got strong adhisive, that is NOT TRUE.. it keeps coming of the surface.they should go to drift ghost action camera company and ask them what they are using.they should get some ideas from other people, rather than assuming something will work.this is all about sharing and giving people what they need and deserve for their money they take.

This product is good in keeping that final eye on cars/ motorcycles or bikes creeping into the blind spot. Does not do away with the lifesaver check, but is very helpful.

A useful addition to mirrors - not a replacement!
First of all understand what this isn't. It isn't a rear view mirror. You cannot see the car behind you in it because YOU are blocking the view, It is a blindspot mirror, you still need normal mirrors to see the car behind. It covers all the bits from you, out to 90 degrees beside you, both sides. It truly gives 180 degrees view. Is it better than a shoulder check? Matter of opinion but I say yes. First, it gives you two shoulder checks simultaneously, left and right. Secondly, if the mirror is mounted just below your normal sight line, you don't stop watching the road while you check, and of course it's quicker to check. With a full face helmet on, I see less in a shoulder check than in the Riderscan. Where/how you mount it is important. In my experience it needs to be as far in front of you as possible, while being just below your sight line (I guess maybe with a huge screen it could be above). I have a Givi Airflow screen and have it mounted just where the two inserts that slide up and down finish at the top. So yes, when it's lowered it's a bit further from my sight line, but I'm still watching the road ahead.

Brilliant piece of kit
This is brilliant and works best when motorway riding, it also has advantages in built up areas etc.It fitted brilliantly on my touring windscreen (Kawasaki Versys). Some people would say you should still check but I got so used to using it that I didn't do a life saver.I used it like a wing mirror and due to the markings on the top of the mirror (which you can colour, if you wish) I knew when there was a vehicle in my blind spot. Cannot recommend highly enough
