Very clear and mainly neutral sound, with reinforced bass
These are well-known for providing an excellent compromise at around this price point. The treble is mainly liquid and quite beguiling, although there is a slightly exaggerated hump around 1kHz. The bass shelf doesn't bloat the mids, so the overall effect is mainly very natural. I use them for listening to classical, and they are excellent for everything from string quartet to full orchestra. Pianos are well-rendered, which means that the decay is fast enough to be realistic. The stock cable comes with a plug-in choice of connectors to the DAP output. As the connection is a square array (rather than something asymmetrical) it is important to be sure that the plug/cable connection is in phase. This can be done by trial and error. The difference in stereo image and sound quality is quite obvious, particularly with something like a string quartet, where an out-of-phase connection places the first violin in the middle and all the bass frequencies drift to the edge.

Incredible
Third and best set of audiophile iem's I've bought. The last set were of a similar setup, 1 dynamic 5 BA. Dunu 3000pro.As much as I loved the Dunu (I was burgled), I think I prefer these. The only issue I find with the sound is the lower midrange/upper bass - it's a little weak here. I never use EQ, but I've started to think you'll never buy an iem that will be perfect for your tuning requirements. So I've boosted 200hz by 1db, that small adjustment makes the iem work better with rock and older material where the recording is low on sub bass energy.Hip hop or any other sub bass heavy material sounds incredible, the bass is tight and impactful, but doesn't really take over the mix at any point. The soundstage/holographic imaging and seperation is also incredible. Everything has it's own space, it's weird - they can sound intimate, and spacious at the same time.Definitely recommend.

Amazing :)
Very glad I bought these. Best sounding iems I have to date. Responds VERY well to EQ if you're fussy like me. Capable of very strong sub bass and super clear highs which aren't harsh at all. Mids are nice too, not too harsh or too scooped

Poor quality control
The box is quite scuffed and seems like used. There's earwax on a pair of the tips. But sounds fine.
