Comfortable and effective
This is a nice brace. It is very comfortable to wear and has a good stretch to it that allows some movement while giving support to the elbow. If you wish to reduce movement and further stabilize you can apply the two metal plates that come with it . They simply slide in or out of a pocket and stay securely in place. The brace itself is very easy to use and can very easily be put on with one hand. The material is soft and comfortable on the skin. It is very good quality and definitely worth the money.

Comfortable and Effective for Cubital Tunnel & Ulnar Nerve Pain
I’m really impressed with this elbow brace — it’s comfortable, supportive, and genuinely helps reduce pain from cubital tunnel syndrome and ulnar nerve issues. The two removable metal splints keep the elbow aligned overnight and relieve pressure that usually wakes me up with numbness or discomfort. The breathable neoprene material feels soft and doesn’t irritate my skin, even after hours of wear. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug fit without slipping, so it stays in place whether I’m sleeping or moving around during the day. Overall, great support and comfort at a very good price — perfect for anyone dealing with elbow pain or needing night relief.

Good choice, might work for you too
I unfortunately have the need for an elbow brace in order to help rehab cubital tunnel syndrome, and have tried 4 different braces. This one isn't perfect, but it has been my favorite by far. The pluses: - The medium size is a good fit for smaller arms. I'm female and small-boned and have lost some hard-won upper arm strength while I rest my arm, so a lot of the braces are too big. The range of adjustment for this brace works well for me. - Removable metal pieces allow you to choose the level of brace stiffness. I've experimented with both metal pieces in, both out. Ultimately the best for me is just one piece, inserted in the slot next to the buckles. - Can vary positioning. This brace is most comfortable and effective for me on my right arm when worn so that when I tighten the velcro straps, I pull them in TOWARDS my body to secure them. This means the little red label is actually upside down (at least when worn this way on my right arm). I use ONE metal piece and insert it in the slot nearest to the buckles. - This brace does NOT require you to hold your arm completely straight, which is a bonus. I have learned that you NEED to allow a little bend in the elbow while wearing a brace or you will definitely have a new and different pain, especially if you are wearing it all night! You can remove or add the metal pieces, tighten or loosen the straps for the amount of bend you'd like to have/allow, and shift the orientation of the brace to allow the maximum amount of bend you would like to have. - Good price. MINUSES - The first couple of weeks this brace was VERY itchy and irritating on my skin, especially by the elbow, and pressed near my ulnar nerve in an uncomfortable way. I had to figure out how to change around the metal braces and position the brace to be more comfortable (see above). - There is a fabric "compression sleeve" inside that on me is too large to actually compress, so I stopped putting my arm IN the compression fabric and instead put the fabric underneath my elbow. It's softer that way and much less irritating. I also wear the brace a little looser so that it's not cutting into my circulation and allows for some amount of bending of my arm. I also make sure that the brace is positioned so that the metal piece is not rubbing or pressing against my ulnar nerve. - Velcro seems to loosing a bit of its stick and I will probably need to get a new one in a few weeks. This is sort of a long-standing issue with velcro in general and while annoying and costly to have to buy a new one, I will likely buy it again since the others I've tried don't fit as well. If you're looking for a brace to try, this one might be the one for you. You will likely have to play around with it to figure out the most comfortable way to wear it. I rarely leave reviews but since I feel for others out there dealing with this annoying issue, I thought I'd leave some info to help others figure out what might help bring less pain, tingling, and numbness to their lives. Wearing this at night has really helped improve my symptoms, along with modifying my activities, doing my physical therapy exercises, paying attention to what flares it up, and using a TENs machine 2-3x a week. Taking walks and paying attention to having my shoulders aligned and a natural arm swing also seems to really help. I had to quit one of my part time (very physical) jobs in order to rehab this, it really stinks. Good luck everyone!

happy i got it
I’ve been using the brace for several days now because of cubital tunnel syndrome, and it’s made a noticeable difference. It’s really comfortable to sleep in and the material is soft and doesn’t feel hot or scratchy. The two removable metal splints give just the right amount of support, keeping my elbow straight without feeling too rigid. I wake up with less tingling and pain, and it stays in place throughout the night. It feels well-made and durable, and overall i am glad that i got it to help with my symptoms

Velcro wears out
Good brace for occasional use. No issues in the first couple of weeks, brace is comfy and solid. However the Velcro does not stand up to constant use, after about a month of continuous use the straps do not stick to the fabric very strongly and come undone easily.

Very good for relieving my elbow nerve injury
This elbow brace is very comfortable and offers high support and limited movement to help restore my cubical tunnel syndrome. Great quality and strong Velcro to keep it tight and good compression all night while sleeping.

Great for Desk Work
I bought this mainly for nighttime use, and it’s made a noticeable difference. I tend to bend my arm in my sleep, which was aggravating nerve pain and causing numbness. This brace keeps my elbow in a neutral position without feeling overly rigid or bulky. The padding is softer than I expected, and the straps are adjustable enough to get a secure fit without cutting off circulation. I also appreciate that the metal splints are removable, so I can adjust the level of support depending on how my arm feels. After a few nights, the tingling and morning stiffness improved significantly. It’s not a miracle cure, but it’s comfortable, well-made, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do

So comfortable 👌🏼
Sure 🤍 here’s the English version in a natural, attractive tone: ⸻ The Hurmoya elbow brace completely exceeded my expectations. It’s incredibly comfortable to wear at night, which was very important to me. The design feels lightweight yet supportive at the same time, providing the stability you need without feeling bulky. I love that it includes two removable metal splints, allowing you to adjust it based on your personal preference. The material is soft, breathable, and fits nicely around the arm without feeling too tight. It’s also very easy to put on and adjust. Definitely a great option for anyone looking for reliable support with real comfort. Highly recommended.

I've had 3 surgeries for cubital tunnel in both elbows, with a possible 4th coming. The biggest issue is at night where I bend both elbows. I've tried a few braces over the years as well a using a towel followed by a tensor bandage. I decided to try this brace and wasn't disappointed. Like all braces, you need to get used to sleeping with it and finding the right fit. This brace is smaller than the brace I was using before and way more comfortable. The key is finding the right tightness and position. I will admit that at first, I struggled. Sometimes it was too tight and other times I'd wake up and find that it was at my wrist, like a bracelet. I even removed it in my sleep and woke up to find it beside it. After a couple of weeks, I found the right compression and I wake up pain free. I highly recommend this brace and don't give up trying to find the right amount of compression because when you do, it will relieve the pain and over time, you will put it on and adjust it without fuss because you'll know exactly how it should fit.

Helped reduce the pain to elbows and numbness to my fingers at night. Had to remove one of metal plates for comfort.

Developed golfers elbow. At night would experience numbness in my fingers. Wore this and no numbness. Adjustable fit, seems well-made, good value for money

If you are using this because you have a pinched nerve in your elbow this is going to be the most painful brace you can wear the metal supports are in a very bad spot I believe they sit directly under your elbow which is where you need padding or very little pressure when sleeping. I decided to remove the metal plates and insert a microfiber cloth, to cushion my elbow and prevent irritation while I'm sleeping. No matter how tight I put the brace on it always ends up slipping down my arm and if you put it on too tight your arm might swell when you're sleeping. Overall this is a very bad product.
