Amazing
I have taken so many different types of magnesium (some very expensive brands too) over the years to help with my sleep and nothing has beaten this form of magnesium so far. I have been sleeping like a baby this past week since I got my bottle of Reflex Magnesium. I highly recommend it.

Recipe changes?
I have used these for around 4 years and have been very pleased. Lately they seem to cause ubpleatside effects like vivid dreams, which they didn’t before. So disappointed, I believe the recipe has altered.

I believe you should avoid this product
I'm not particularly pleased with this product at all. Reflex Nutrition have, for years, put themselves forward as a manufacturer of the best supplements. Magnesium Bisglycinate is, based on my own searching for a quality product, one of the more desirable (and thus more expensive) formulations, and this one is no exception. However, I was extremely disappointed to notice that the ingredients label on the product I bought claimed that it had both Magnesium Bisglycinate in addition to Magnesium Oxide, the latter being a cheap and not very bioavailable formulation of magnesium. With that in mind, I contacted Reflex Nutrition's customer support to query this. I wanted to know precisely how much magnesium bisglycinate was in their product (compared to the Oxide) and why would a company that prides itself on quality products put a low quality type of magnesium in their products. Perhaps there's an entirely reasonable answer, but I'm not a chemist or a sports nutritionist so I genuinely don't know. Either way, Reflex Nutrition did not respond to my query at all. I can only therefore conclude that they have no answer as to why their product contains the low quality oxide form of magnesium and that they're not willing to be transparent with consumers about precisely how much of the magnesium is magnesium bisglycinate rather than oxide. Buyer beware.

Magnesium Oxide
You say this product doesn’t use cheap minerals like Magnesium Oxide, and yet it’s the second ingredient. What a joke.
