HP CF540A 203A Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge, Black, Single Pack

I want the best from my printer so I buy genuine cartridges. I try to time my purchase to get a good price.

I had used alternate makes of Print Cartridges when I first got the Printer Scanner and was not impressed with the Print, However I have now purchased a full set of HP cartridges and the Print Quality is superb! As a result I will stick with HP original products from now on even though they are more expensive, if you shop around they can be found cheaper than going direct to HP.

I have had a HP LaserJet printer at home for years. They are hard to beat for quality and reliability. For a while I used to buy generic toner cartridges but I found that they didn't last as long or print as well. Plus they were often incompatible with my desktop software. So now I always buy the real thing, even though HP genuine cartridges are exorbitantly priced because they subsidise the cost of the printers. My biggest gripe is that they do not come with a pre-printed self-adhesive return postage label for the empty cartridge. I know that this would increase complexity for HP, but it would show that the company was serious about its waste footprint. Recycling is non-negotiable in this day and age. If they were to offer a serious discount voucher for a new cartridge every time you returned an old cartridge, I would happily give them five stars.

Nice toner, but what a price! Couldn't get a copy-cat toner to work so had to go to HP.

Much easier to install than I thought it was going to be. Fantastic print quality.

Didn't seem to last to long considering the price i will need to go back to the off brands. It did make my print outs look much better in quality.

Ich habe meinen HP Color LaserJet MFP M281fdw über Kleinanzeigen für gerade einmal 20 € gekauft – laut Verkäufer „defekt“, weil die Ausdrucke Farbspuren und Streifen hatten. Da ich wusste, dass das oft an billigem Toner liegt, habe ich den Drucker gründlich gereinigt, die alten Kartuschen entfernt und auf Original HP 203A Toner umgestellt. Nach dem Einsetzen der Originaltoner war der Unterschied enorm: klare Farben, kein Verschmieren, gestochen scharfe Ausdrucke. Der Drucker läuft jetzt perfekt – und das bei einem Gerät, das neu rund 400 € kostet! Ja, die Originaltoner sind teurer, aber sie sind ihr Geld absolut wert. Die Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Farbtreue sind einfach unschlagbar. Für mich war das der Beweis: Wenn man Qualität will, sollte man bei Verbrauchsmaterialien nicht sparen. Fazit: Ein gebrauchter 20 €-Drucker, der dank Originaltoner wieder wie ein Neugerät funktioniert – besser geht’s nicht!
