Melted
I ordered 2 pks of these wonderful chocolates, they arrived melted into a block. The shipping needs to include ice packs or faster shipping during the summer months. Unfortunately, it's not eligible for refund, so I'll have to get my knife out to enjoy it. Ugh.

Stale
Chocolate is old and powdered. Has white covering over chocolate and tastes stale expiration date on pkg is 112023. Should not be old stale chocolate.

Do not order this item
Ordered this item because we love them. They arrived completely melted and ruined. Guess what? No returns allowed. This is utter nonsense. Either Amazon or JOJOs should allow for this situation. The purchase was over 30$ and it is ruined. How disgraceful to do this to customers.
