Der zentrale Baustein im Kasten ist ein Controller mit 4 Signaleingängen und zwei Signalausgängen, d.h. man kann das Signal von 4 verschiedenen Sensoren verarbeiten und dann z.B. die zwei Motoren getrennt ansteuern. Das Ganze programmiert man graphisch mit der kostenlos erhältlichen Software (App) Robo pro smart die z.B. auf Android Handys (ab Android 5) oder Apple iPhone läuft. Diese verbindet sich via Bluetooth mit dem Controller und steuert dann diesen, d.h. der Roboter ist nicht autark sondern abhängig von der Bluetooth Verbindung zu Handy, Tablett oder Computer.Zum Set gehören zwei Taster, z.B. um festzustellen, dass man gegen eine Wand gefahren ist, sowie zwei Lichtsensoren zum Aufbau von Lichtschranken. Die Beschränkung auf 2 Aktoren (Ausgänge der Controllers) bedeutet leider ,dass man beim Roboter Model nur die zwei Motoren ansteuern kann (jeweils vorwärts oder rückwärts fahren in 8 Geschwindigkeitsstufen) aber nicht noch z.B. eine zusätzliche LED ein- oder ausschalten.+ günstigste FT Variante eines programmierbaren Roboters+ einfache, effektive graphische Programmierung+ man muss nicht ein Programm schreiben, sondern die Software erlaubt auch den direktes Fernsteuern des Roboters via Handy+- gute Anleitung, muss aber z. T. aus Internet heruntergeladen werden (die Aufbau-Anleitung liegt bei, ähnlich zu Ikea Anleitungen ist diese rein bildlich ohne Text. Die komplexere Erklärung zur Programmierung 38 Seiten muss man herunterladen, wahrscheinlich um Druckkosten zu sparen und die Umwelt zu schonen, denn man lädt sich natürlich nur die Anleitung in der eigenen Sprache herunter).- benötigt wird ein Handy o.ä. zur Ansteuerung-Programm wird nicht auf Controller geladen sondern auf Handy etc ausgeführt, d.h. Handy wird immer beim Spiel benötigtIch habe die Android App auf meinem Handy sowie auf einem Apple iPad genutzt, beide funktionieren gut. Eine nützliche Information ist vielleicht, dass die App mehr Funktionen anzeigt, sobald das Handy mit dem Controller eine Bluetooth Verbindung hergestellt hat.
