I was surprised this works so well. I use it while I work from home to help my posture and just in the week or so I’ve been using it I’ve noticed a difference in my posture. The material is comfortable and doesn’t irritate my skin. I got the auto-inflate and it does well to inflate. The Velcro straps help keep it on my neck, even though the straps can get a little chokey on my throat it’s not a dealbreaker. I recommend getting the auto-inflated as the manual pump will make you hate the product. Make it easy for yourself.

I have always had neck tension, and recently have developed a pinched nerve in my neck. So far, the only thing that help the pinched nerve is meds, which are not good long term. I was hoping for some relief with this.So far, it isn't really helping the nerve, but I do feel some relief of the neck tension. I haven't been using it long, so maybe after some more time.Easy to use. Some relief.

Had a pinched neck nerve that caused pain, numbness and arm tingling. When it was bad, this product was the only thing that brought temporary relief. Built well with no failures, even when I feel I would pump it up past a recommended level

I have EDS and really struggle with sleep because my shoulders hunch up and stay there all night or sublax. My pain in the morning is usually unbearable but after using it last night I FINALLY HAVE RELIEF. Waking up without shoulder tension and pain was unthinkable before. I recently tried the S Cervical Neck Traction Device in hopes of finding some relief from my neck pain. Unfortunately, my experience with this device didn't quite meet my expectations.First, let’s talk about the adjustment process. Getting the device to the right fit for the optimal stretch proved to be a bit challenging. It took me several attempts to find a comfortable position that would allow me to truly feel the benefits of the traction. While I did feel some stretching sensation, it wasn't as pronounced or effective as I had hoped. For someone with more significant neck or spine issues, I doubt this device would provide the relief needed.That said, it's worth noting that using the device did feel pleasant in a general sense. I found that it offered a very mild stretch, which might be suitable for those who simply want a quick and basic neck stretch after a long day or for occasional tension relief. However, for anyone experiencing serious neck pain or chronic issues, I wouldn't recommend relying on this device for substantial relief.

I've returned this product after attempting to use it. I could not get it to inflate without choking me and the most successful inflation was still ineffective in stretching my neck.

Ordered new, not sure if what I got is used. Will update on how the product is with pinched nerve relief
