Schlage B80 622 Deadbolt with Standard Trim, Door Bolt with No Cylinder, Highest Residential Security, Matte Black

Exactly what I needed for an Airbnb room. Looked at hardware stores and couldn't find a deadbolt with not key access. Needed this for safety concerns as the room is attached to the house with it's own outside access, but also another door that leads into the house. I don't want anyone trying to pick the lock of the previous deadbolt I had installed. Now they will have to kick the door down if they want to come in leaving evidence of a break in. The quality is good and I didn't have any issues with bolt lengths, I'm using it on a standard U.S. bedroom door. Do be sure they're tightend all the way. It gets tight, but they can go a few more threads once it reaches that point. It comes with a lot of hardware to meet your needs. Mine came with 2 faceplate which I'm grateful for as I ended up using the longer one.

I just needed the core. Was perfect.

In my quest to find a pick-proof lock to secure an unused back door, I discovered this genius product. Since there is no exterior key hole but instead a solid plate, it is impossible to pick and would require force to break through. So, for those unused doors that one wants to deadbolt secure (garage access, back door, side door, balcony door, etc.) this is an excellent inexpensive solution. This would also work well as a secondary lock for all exterior doors so one could sleep secure knowing nobody can access with a lockpick or old key. Of course the drawback is being unable to lock it while you're gone, but, for instance, when one is home it is an added level of security and peace of mind. Very, very happy to have discovered this truly pick-proof option.

Bought for the beach house that we are renovating. It's the exact same one that we have, so it should be fine once fitted. (waiting for a new front door)

You cannot go wrong with Schlage products. I have them throughout my home. They hold up well and they look great!

Easy to install

Looked hard for a one-sided deadbolt for balcony door. This one has the adjustable seat distance which was what the Kwikset one didnt have. Works great.

I currently have a Schlage satin nickel (colour code 619) keyed deadbolt and entry knob on my garage side door. I would have loved to get the matching B80 satin nickel one-sided deadbolts. But...thanks to the reviews and accompanying photos of the B80 619 one-sided satin nickel Schlage deadbolt on Amazon by RC, and LTubbe the colour looks more bronze than satin nickel. I didn't want the bronze look, so I chose the Satin Chrome B80 626 because it also matches better with my Gladiator garage cabinets.

Schlage makes good quality products, and this remains a part of that. It was easy to install, and came with all required hardware and instructions included. My one note of concern originally upon ordering was the photos for this listing did not appear to be in Satin Nickel finish, however I am happy to report that the product is indeed in Satin Nickel.
