I purchased this medication cooler for my trip to Hawaii. It worked well In 28°c ambeiant temperatures. Maintained approximately 19° to 22° c.My problem is it holds my 2 pens of insulin but not much room for the pen needles.Can I return it.Used for 10 days and purchased in November

I had tested it with 2 identical thermometers, one in the Breezypack and one outside of the Breezypack. Both were left in the car parked outside in the sun. An hour later, the thermometer out of the Breezypack read 45°C while the thermometer inside the Breezypack read 20°C. This Breezypack will keep temperature sensitive medications within specified temperatures. What a rare product that performs as advertised!
