For years I used the Plantronics product but they never lasted longer than 2 years so I decided to try lower value products which in general lasted longer. I’ve had this bluetooth 2 weeks now and find it very good. I can hear very clearly and can be heard clearly too. Comes in a nice case, fits nicely around the ear and overall very pleased with it. My only con is the on/off button which isn’t a button, you just hold your finger there for approximately 5 seconds which if already on your ear isn’t a problem. However that’s the problem for me because as an all day driver I don’t want to wear it constantly, only when someone calls me which isn’t often. So by the time I’ve placed the bluetooth over my ear and held my finger on the on/off area for 5 seconds waiting for it to turn on & then hit the connect button the caller may ring off as this can take a good 15 to 20 seconds depending how quick you can get the device on your ear. Of course not a problem if it’s on your ear and already connected. Maybe more practice and I’ll get it on my ear quicker but I do recommend this device.

Build quality of the case is disappointing but the headset works well. Worth the £25 i paid in the sale

This headset is probably very good but the boom mic is too fat and the unit is awkward to place on the ear. As a result, I have to return this unit.I have bought this for WFH conferencing and workshop meetings. I do like the recharging case and the operation is very good. My issue is firmly based on the thickness of the mic, as well as the vocal reproduction not being as good as I feel it should.

Could do with one for each ear at the same price.

Comes in a handy case and love that it says the percentage of battery left. Connect easy and easy to use. Lightweight on ear and comfortable. Downfall is you have to press accept on phone when using but I wanna see who it is before answering so not a huge deal for me. Can turn volume up and down via the headset which is handy. Different ear bud sizes included. Would recommend

The sound quality from this Bluetooth headset is fantastic and the in-call experience is super.I had no issues with sound quality during calls and the receiver was able to hear me extremely clearly. The headset fitted very nicely in and over my ear and even whilst moving around the headset remained in-ear without moving. Also comes with a lovely charging case that you can charge and store the headset in when not in use.
