I purchased these to go with an RDX groin guard I'd previously purchased (you can also buy them both as a set) and I'm very pleased with them. I use them for Jujitsu under my gi and have found them comfortable and supportive, even with the cup in. The cup has so far stayed in place and after a couple of months the shorts still look and feel like new.As other customers have warned, though, the sizing is somewhat off. I'm a 34" waist and I went for the small. They are a good fit all over and I wouldn't want them any bigger.

Had a pair of these for two years. Just ordered two more. Quality appears as good as the first. I use them on a weekly basis and find they cope with the running, jumping, diving and general abuse in my sport. They keep the cup in place without movement and are comfy enough to put on before I leave to go to the venue (normally a two hour drive) so I don't have to kit up whilst there. At 6 foot two and 16 stone I am not exactly small, 42 inch waist, size XXL.

There’s no groin guard pouch to but a cup into, this seems strange as they have been advertised as mma and kickboxing wear.On a side note they are well made and quality which is typical of RDX so I will be keeping them for running and gym wear

Ordered as a christmas present for our son however gave him them straight away so he can get the benefit when training.These are of good quality and a good fit.I'm definitely happy with the purchase and will be ordering more in the future.

Forget what the other reviewers may have said about ordering these shorts one size smaller than you need, order at least TWO sizes smaller. I'm XL but after reading the first review I went for the Large. When my order arrived the styling and the quality struck me straight away and I was initially pleased. As I held the waistband open for the first time it struck me as seeming quite large even for my ample frame but the capital 'L' on the label reassured me that I had ordered wisely. That reassurance was blown away when I tried them on. I could have done a headstand and had my wife hold them above my feet and let gravity do the rest, they would have fallen onto me without any resistance. These things are huge and I'm surprised the retailer doesn't warn people about this. I'm not kidding, should I ever order a second pair it will be a toss-up whether I ask for a medium or a small. Reminds me of the old Cold War propaganda story about the Americans ordering 10 million condoms from a Russian factory size 'Extra Large'. The Russians duly delivered 10 million Extra Large condoms, all marked 'Medium'.To summarise, the styling and quality are good, extremely good, but the sizing comes from cloudcuckooland. Order much smaller than you need, your guess is as good as mine. The price 'aint bad either, BTW.

I've been using these short for dodgeball, boxing and jogging. Nice and comfy would recommend. I currently only wear once a week when playing dodgeball for about 1 - 2 hours, haven't had any problems.Almost had these pairs of short for a year and no problems with stitches or size. Other shorts I need to keep pulling the legs down, these one hardly goes up. I have quite big thighs and haven't experienced any chafing.

Very happy with these. Good make and quality. Wear under shorts to helps muscle strains and adds heat. Definitely recommend
