I was skeptical about this device but I was in so much pain I would’ve tried anything. The first evening I used it I actually got a good nights sleep. The next morning my pain had decreased significantly. So I took it off to see if really made a difference, after about fifteen minutes my pain came back, I put it back on and to my surprise the pain once again decreased significantly. Definitely amazing, just make sure you put it on properly. Definitely a great product for sciatica pain. Good luck

I purchased this hip belt about 2 weeks ago and it is great! I’d been having bad hip and lower back pain for a while, and after doing some online research figured it was probably due to my sacroiliac hip joint being inflamed. Rather than going straight to my doctor, I decided to try this hip belt and I’m SO glad that I did! It has made a huge difference, and I’m not much pain now when I bend at the waist. One of the things I like most is that it’s very comfortable and so easy to put on and take off. Also, the Velcro straps make it simple to adjust tension. Another plus! :)The reason that I didn’t give this 5 stars is that the belt hugs me so tight that I sweat underneath it. But that’s minor. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it! :)

Very skeptical but had nothing to lose Been to chiropractors and doctors. Worked great. So much so I got one for my son. Not completely pain free but much improved. Would recommend highly

On vacation, I had left my support belt at home and didn't; want to buy another expensive belt. This one gave some relief, but I will go back to the old one

Better than most similar products for back support and injury prevention. However, after a few weeks of use Velcro starts to worn out and support becomes much weaker. I have not found yet a better alternative …

I usually don’t rave about purchases but this one deserves a standing ovation. I have suffered with Sciatica for a very long time. The minute I put this belt in I felt a huge amount of relief. So comfortable and once it’s on I am not needing to adjust it. Highly recommend

I was having trouble with my back when I was walking. Someone said get a hip brace and I am so glad I did. I am up to 1.5 miles a day. It has helped so much.

I like the comfort it gives. I didn't like that I had to wear it over a tee shirt, it was not comfortable next to my skin.

This has changed my life in an instant. I couldn't sit down and barely stand before this. It holds my pelvis in alignment!! I am wearing it as I write this and sitting! Then, I'm going to make a coffee, (I couldn't before) it's given me my independence back.I can't recommend this enough. It's perfect.

I never knew there was even such a product to help and support sacroiliac joint. Straight forward and easy to use, getting it in the right place by feeling my hip bone so making sure top of the belt sits below this as per instructions.Unknown to me for 5 years or so I struggled with what I thought it was bit of sciatica but actually twisted pelvis that cause this sciatica pain in my buttock, hip flexor on my left side to the point was so painful I couldn’t get out of the car. Felt like my hip flexor muscle was about to snap if I tried standing up straight.I go to a traditional chinese medicine consultant for other problem till eventually remembered and brought up this “sciatica” problem. He checked my spine and hip/pelvis joint and straighten my legs out then to say my pelvis is twisted on both sacroiliac joint. Had both sides adjusted back but was warned once it’s been twisted, it weakened the joints and have to be careful on what I do on a daily basis as it can easily gets twisted again (this first adjustment in Feb 2020). He was right cause I’ve been back four more times cause of a slight twist on my left side.After trailing through lots YouTube videos for exercises for sacroiliac joint, one guy said a support belt and hallelujah so pleased I bought one as it has really helped. Highly recommended.

I bought this when in excrutiating pain to hopefully help relieve it. At the time I had a possible sacroiliac joint injury and inflammation. However I couldn't wear it at first as the inflammed area was too painful to have pressure on it. A few days later however I managed to wear it when having to stand working for a few hours and it gave me immediate relief. My hips measure 42 inches (size 16) and it fits comfortably. I'm probably twice the size of the model so for me it was better not to put it around me too tight, or it presses into my stomach too much, then tighten the two back straps which give great support. We're all different shapes and sizes and have different back injuries so you need to try it to see if it works for you.

Very high quality for the price. Was pleasantly surprised. Takes a bit of rewrapping before I got the sweet spot, but it comes with a handout indicating where exactly to wrap it for effect. Does under the waist line, so easily concealed during the day. And it's very comfortable. Seems to gently force you to hold good posture, their eliminating the back pain. Great product

So far, so good. It has really helped with the pain in my lower back and hips and I can easily wear it under my clothes. Only down side, is it was a little big so I have overlapped the black and white strap.
