Also, it is hard to dry. BUT it is just what I wanted - no frills, safe to use, tough and neat to hold and takes up almost no space in the drawer. Oh, what a joy, no cutting my nails by mistake and a board to wash, just push the bean down onto the blades and then pull it through from the bottom! You can't go wrong unless you try to fish bits out with your fingers!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use *by S***D on 2 October 2024* I have always had a been slicer, but one where the blades are level.
