We originally bought this in our neighborhood fish market and it just sat in the cupboard for a whole year. Finally I decided to use it even though it had expired a few months back. OMG we loved it so much!! However when we went back to purchase more, they told us they do not carry this product anymore and that I should search Amazon for it because it's definitely sold here. I was so happy that I could find it here & at pretty much the same price. It is a really perfect rub for Salmon but it's also made for other meats & veggies. Really a perfect blend of herbs!!

Made great pork roast
Used on a 9 lb pork roast. Great crusty coating. I did add garlic, my own 5 pepper pepper blend & light spray of Hawaiian Liquid smoke. Roast came out super tender, juicy & flavorful. Will use this again

Love this stuff! We put it around the edge of our ahi tuna before searing it. Kinda hard to find so I was happy to find it on Amazon.

Dry Rub / Seasoning
Originally tried this stuff at a place called Zim Zari. It was on the edamame. Loved it so much, I asked the server what it was, she gave me some to take home. Once that was gone, I ordered my own.This stuff is great on veggies and chicken. No kick, so if you need a kick, add a sprinkle of Cheyenne pepper.
