A manufacturing fault???
Historically my Caci bud orders have been fine from this supplier however last few have had between 25-75% buds not filled or partially filled/dried out. I have a direct account with Caci also and remember receiving some free buds from them a few years back as there was a problem with production resulting in the same problem so I’m assuming this supplier bought a batch from Caci around this time and hoping that future orders will be ok.

Reusability??
Always seems a bit expensive for the number included, as it's difficult to decide whether 'replace when serum is used up' means replace every time you use it, it whether it may be ok to use the same buds more than once.

Substandard Caci buds
I have generally bought buds from salons - and may well go back to that in future. Some of the buds I ordered contained no serum at all, and some others were a very dark colour compared to the usual Caci golden tone (so I shan't be using them). All in all about 5% were un-usable - so I'm non too happy about that.

Use a product that gets the results you want.
Great product. This has made a wonderful improvement to my skin. You need to use it consistently to obtain good results.

Necessary buds
This is a tricky one because these are necessary to use the CACI and I don't know of any alternative. They are easy to use, soak into the skin and each bud is fresh and clean as each is separately wrapped. They are useable twice but they need to be dipped in water to be re-usable. I do find them expensive and an on-going cost I could do with reducing.
