what's the difference between fine & fragile vs original tangle teasers?

The bristles are softer and a little finer than the original. Personally, the original feels like I am scraping my scalp when I comb whereas the fine and fragile is more gentle and still does the job.

Is this for wet or dry hair

It claims that it is for both, but personally I prefer it on wet hair.

I haven’t really noticed a difference in hair breakage or loss; it’s been the same. But I like the fine & fragile one better as the bristles are softer on my scalp; the bristles on the original feel stiffer.

Does this brush cause your hair to be staticy?

I personally have not noticed any increase in static, although my hair is pretty prone to it regardless. One thing that helps is running a dryer sheet over my hair once it's dry. Otherwise, no, this brush hasn't caused any change in static.
