I order these from wholefoods on amazon. The taste is slightly sweet and getting B12 is important for my son so it is a simple way to get B12 for young kids who are deficient in it.

I had extremely low b12 on a blood test. After taking this for a few months, my b12 was high enough that I could take less than half of what I had been taking (1-2 per day, now down to one 3x/week).

Did not realize it was the Cyanocobalin form…in very high dose .A synthetic for of vitamin,but the label says organic???
