Easy to use
I've used these in particular and this type of adapter in general on a variety of airguns. They snap right in the base of the Weaver/Pic-style ring and grab the skinny rail when the ring is tightened down. This particular make has a small vertical set screw that I've had to generally remove, I think it's for use as a recoil stop, just generally gets in the way with a continuous rail, not needed for pneumatic and PCPs. Not sure how well these inserts would work with springers. No instructions included. I make sure the short side is next to the rings' base clamps, seems to work smoother that way. This style adapter can be had from a number of vendors, this one was cheapest at the time and seems to be quality made. Have had more expensive name brand ones in bubble packs, can't see a difference. With some makes of guns, the 11mm rail is a little wider than that, I've had to disassemble the ring base clamp, put the ring and adapter on the rail and then reassemble the clamp. Not the adapter's fault, there's no real standard on those rails. This adapter does widen the variety of rings that can be used and also allows the use of optics that only have integral Pic bases. Can also be used with US-style 3/8" .22 mounts.

Useless
0 stars. Great idea, but wont tighten when you attempt to use them on your scope rings. Waste of time and money. My shipment was originally delayed, they should have just kept it and saved eeryone the hassle. Do not buy this if you need these to work.

They work
Used to adopt 11 mm or 3/8 groove to Weaver base, without the scope being to high as with the usual adaptors. Worked well on my pellet gun.

Flat top receiver only
Will not work with a rounded receiver, would probably work well with a flat top but I've never seen a flat top receiver in 3/8" dovetail

Used as intended
Using on a Springer Air Rifle works extremely well to mount a scope or red dot. Tried them both, have had no problems and may purchase another set. They great to see if you might like a different scope before investing in new mounts. Good mounts aren't cheap and this is a decent alternative and in some cases the only way you'll get anything mounted. Very handy.

Good, but still a little loose
These were the exact size I needed, but no matter how hard I tried tightening them there is still a little play, which is disappointing. I'll try seeing if I can find something to take up the slack and hope with a little more work it will be just what I wanted

A must have for "Dovetail"
Later model rifles and or Air Rifles didn't come supplied with a "Picatinny Rail" so that's why I've always used these adapters. I don't know why manufactures didn't install picatinny rail back then. I guess Picatinny or Weaver rails where not popular then. The way I install these, I mount them directly on the scope rings base, then I mount it on the "Dovetail Rail" and tighten it just using the scope ring screws. It's just a pain in the neck to mount these adapters first and then tighten them with their miniature screws.

Not worth the time.
Absolute garbage. It’s almost like someone went out of their way to manufacture this so cheap. Will not stay fixed on the rails. Aluminum quality is so poor plastic would feel more stable.
