Does it work well being used in a shower standing up?

I use it standing up all the time so that part would be No problem however I don’t know how it would do with getting wet. Only one way to find out.. well worth the buy regardless. Best of luck :)

Is the mid section of this grid stk the exact same dimensions as the tp nano foot roller?

The mid section is not as wide on the STK as it is on the Nano foot roller.

Each handle is 13 cms long and rotating centre is 26 cms. Approx 4 cms high

Can this work on the knee? Also can you get black colour at same price?

Not the knee cap only soft tissue around it. The black one is a more expensive, it is a harder compound
