HealthAid Chitosan Complex - 90 Capsules

I used a product containing ‘chitosan’ in the 1980’s when I dieted. . They worked . . I had my gall bladder removed in ‘96 and forgot about these little critters . . I’ve started taking them again as the chit is an binds to fat. I can actually feel a benefit in both tummy and er, number 2’s (splutter). Makes sense for me to use them. I don’t take 2 with every meal, I gauge it with what I’m eating. I also don’t take them with every meal.

These are really good to use. They’ve helped me lose weight and make sure I didn’t eat to much fat. Lol.

When I first started taking them, I noticed I would feel fuller quicker but in retrospect I think this might have been a placebo effect. After doing a bit of research on the internet, there doesn't seem to be any proof that these work, and I didn't notice any weight changes.

I followed the instructions and after taking the whole bottle had lost absolutely nothing! It certainly doesn't do what it says on the tin.
