I adore Now Solutions and this product replaces my old brand. It’s very good quality and helps your eyes, especially if you are also taking Vitamin E, as they are Co-factored. Great if you are looking at a screen all day..

I wish all supplements that had an oil in them were either animal fats or coconut oils. Not seed oils, so this gets a pass for me!
