I rarely write reviews but had to say how impressed I am with Histamine X. I have had gut issues for most of my life (I’m 61), and tried many things over the years. This combination is perfect. Having had an intolerance to histamine foods and various other allergies, I feel convinced now, that they were all caused by having gut issues. Finally after years of detective work, I believe I have finally found a cure. I was diagnosed with M.E seven years ago and I also believe that my gut issues have been the root cause of that, too. I’ve always been slim and eat very healthily but was never without a bloated tummy and IBS-C. Bloating has gone completely with these. They are pricey but health always comes first, for me.

Having tried all sorts of probiotics and yoghurts over the years, and feeling awful afterwards, this really is a revelation. It has helped enormously - and other side benefits have been clearer skin and less facial fuzz!

Excellent!I have recently cured myself of SIBO infection with herbal antifungals in my intestines caused by an antibiotic.I had developed food intolerance's and tried many generic probiotics and Sauerkraut to try and rectify this but have reacted badly to them. This probiotic is the only one I haven't reacted to so I can start repopulating my intestines with good bacteria! 5 stars!edit: for people that are reacting - you may have leaky gut and need to heal this with glutamine - look it up!leaky gut / intestinal permeability can cause food and bacteria to fall through the intestinei am currently taking a course of glutamine aswell as probiotics to heal leaky gut - look it up!

I've still got a way to go to get on top of my histamine intolerance. I have very few foods I can eat atm. I started taking 1 of these tabs a day, but have upped it to 4, and will continue to do so for as long as I can afford it.At the very least, my body doesn't adversely react to these probiotics. As it shouldn't. I shouldn't react to apples either, but I have done. I'm sure these probiotics are doing their best in the face of some very tough conditions, and am looking forward to the day when I can give a five-star rating :-)

Unfortunately this gave me severe stomach pain and I returned the seller but seller refused to issue refund and no help from amazon. Beware seller not gonna refund you

I have MCAS and this has worked wonders for me and allowed me to reintroduce a lot of foods into my diet with little to no reaction. However, I wouldn’t buy from Amazon again as it’s supposed to be kept cool and shipped with an ice pack. This wasn’t which makes me wonder if it was ever refrigerated.

I needed it for leaky gut and food intolerances/histamine reactions. Will prob have to try halving the capsule 💊 contents…

yep, after 4 days i quit my anti-histamine. no side effects whatsoever. even my problem with constipation is seeming to resolve (time will tell on that one). i also take HMO and other fiber prebiotic to feed the little guys. it came without an ice pack, but they say the product is effective at room temp for a few days so i trusted, but put immediately in fridge. so far.. .worth every penny, oh why didnt i try this years ago?????

I don’t usually write reviews on here, but I am so grateful for this product that I simply have to!If you are having food sensitivity and histamine intolerance issues because something has happened to your gut flora, your bacteria is out of whack and you can’t tolerate other probiotics, this probiotic is the answer! I want to be clear that I took several typical probiotics (by renew life and garden of life) for a couple weeks before realizing I couldn’t handle the histamine response they were causing anymore, so I got all the major “die-off” symptoms out of the way before I tried this one. Several bacteria strains in the typical probiotics (Like lactobacillus casei) create much more histamine, and make them intolerable for those of us experiencing histamine issues. This one has all the RIGHT bacteria for this issue. I tried Vitanica’s histamine friendly probiotic first and it didnt go quite as well.I take one with every meal and it has made it so I barely notice anything and have lots of energy.*Keep in mind: there will be some level of die off symptoms for anyone with gut issues when you first start a probiotic. I eat a super clean, low histamine, anti-candida diet currently on top of using these probiotics. All the pros claim it takes two months of a good diet and good probiotic to notice a huge difference in gut health, and sometimes a year for all the food sensitivities to clear up. But this probiotic is making things so much easier and making it so I can make it through the day without severe symptoms. I’ve been dealing with these issues and doing tons of research for 2 years, so I’m over the moon about this find!
