The packaging was excellent. All pieces of the desk were present and undamaged. The parts were all there with some extras. The directions are better than most. I did the "L" shape and there are many, many steps. I have zero ability to put things together, but going slowly and reviewing the instructions as many times as needed (also looking at the next step to see what the step I was on should look like when finished), it went very well. The predrilled holes and the various fasteners were high quality. I had no problems with hole alignment. After a few times, you can just "feel" that the fastener is where it needs to be. Just make sure to use the correct fastener for the step you are in. The end product is pleasing to the eye, sturdy and stable. I especially like the open back so I could drop all the cords for my office equipment behind and plug them right in. No struggling with cord holes as in a typical office desk. The shelf below is very handy to hold extra office supplies I use regularly. A plastic container like you would use for shoes fits perfectly. The undershelf lighting is a help working on the desk in front of my monitors. I love the monitor shelf. I thought I would miss having a file cabinet, but I had an open plastic container that fits hanging file folders and used that to put on the open shelf on the short L side. It is working very well. I have one suggestion to the manufacturer. There is a bridge piece for the upper shelf that connects the smaller part of the L shape with the larger. This is intended to connect via wooden dolls inserted on each side to the predrilled holes. I had one side in and lost my grip, the piece fell and snapped the dolls down the middle. I could not auger out the part of the dolls already inside the holes. This happened on the other side as well (see below). It would be consistent with the overall quality to provide metal pins rather than wooden dolls. I used some small brackets I had on hand to connect the bridge piece to both sides. Some perhaps helpful hints: Build this in the room it will live in. I put it together in the kitchen (more space to work and to sort all the pieces). I had measured to make sure I could get the whole desk into my office and I was tremendously wrong in my measurements. I had to take apart the entire short side of the L, get everything into my office and put that short side all back together again. To manufacturer's credit, it went back together without any deterioration in the sturdiness and stability of the desk as a whole. If you have an electric screwdriver with a bit that matches the Allen wrench, use it. I suggest starting each fastener with the Allen wrench to get the feel that it is where it needs to be and then finish it with the screwdriver. Don't get too tight or you'll crack the shelf material. It only took one time of that and I learned my lesson. Using that Allen wrench on just so many fasteners hurt the skin on my fingers and took a toll on my hands. I am a female in my 60's with poor vision and arthritic hands yet I was able to put this together myself (even with my engineering disability). I needed help once from my husband to hold two really long pieces in place so I could get the fasteners in. If I could do it, just about anyone can. I would sum this up with the following adjectives: quality, functional, stable, handsome. I could not be more pleased than I am (well, maybe those metal pins would make me a little happier).

I absolutely love my new desk - let's just get that right out of the way at the beginning. I spend a lot of time at my desk - working from home as well as personal entertainment, so I wanted to get something that was both functional and organized. It's a bit smaller than the previous one (which was complete junk) but what it lacks in size it makes up for in all the spaces to keep things organized. I loved the fact that I could build it to whatever shape fit my room and the location of my outlets. My husband helped me to put it together and he's never pleased by anything - but he was very impressed with the quality of this furniture. He kept hinting that perhaps a new desk might be in his future and wanted to know what brand it was. We only had one glitch in the assembly and that was due to a part being damaged in shipping. The box had a hole in it when it arrived and the piece that happened to be right there was the keyboard shelf. It was unusable - cracked and bent beyond repair. I notified the company (even though I did not hold them responsible) and after sending pictures of the piece, they sent a replacement to me within 10 days. I installed it today and it works perfectly. I love the quality of this desk - it went together very easily (in comparison to the Sedeta file cabinet which was very complicated but worth it). The directions were easy to follow and given separately for every possible configuration of the desk. All pieces were accounted for and included the tools (screwdriver/allen wrench). It is solid - no wobbles, no mismatched connections. I love the raised shelves for my monitors and the fact that I can now have my CPU under a shelf and off the floor where my cats can no longer jump up on it and turn off my computer while I'm working. I love the additional plugs and USB outlets with easy access on the top. Thank you, Sedeta for manufacturing such a quality product that is also attractive and functional. Thank you for responding so quickly and helpfully with the keyboard shelf. You have a loyal customer in me now and should I ever require another piece of furniture - I will come looking for your products first.

Very sturdy desk. Lots of room for my three monitors, I have even more room on this desk than I did my larger corner desk thanks to the entire back having the raised monitor stands. I wasn't sure my monitors with the fat bases would fit but they fit just fine. I was a bit weary about putting it together due to other reviews saying the instructions were unclear but I had no issue at all. Normally I'd get something wrong and have to take something back apart at least once but these instructions were very easy to follow. It arrived with no damage, packed well and very easy to unpack with no mess as I've seen in a few photos. I skipped installing the keyboard tray, LEDs, and I will not use the outlets it came with as that does feel cheap but I ordered it knowing that I wouldn't be using those features.

I’m really happy with this desk now that it’s fully set up. The built-in power outlets and USB ports are incredibly convenient for keeping all my devices charged, and the integrated LED strip adds a really cool look to the whole setup. It feels sturdy, gives me plenty of desktop space for my monitors, and the extra storage shelves and pegboard are a huge plus for staying organized. It easily fits everything I need for gaming and working. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the instruction manual. The instructions are definitely not clear and made the assembly process take way longer than it should have. Some of the diagrams are confusing, and because the desk is reversible, it's really easy to accidentally put a piece on backward if you aren't paying incredibly close attention. If you have some patience for the build process, it’s an amazing desk for the price and looks fantastic once it's together. Just be prepared to spend some extra time figuring out the steps!

Well designed, sturdy components with some of the highest quality bolts I've seen in a flat-pack piece of furnature. The tools provided in the kit are functional but as most of said hardware is of the sockethead type, you will be doing yourself a big favour by going ahead and investing a little more for a 4mm ball end driver such as this: Wiha 36740 MagicRing Ball End Hex Driver with SoftFinish Handle, Metric, 4.0 x 125mm https://a.co/d/fPB6G0S It will make assembly much easier. Assembled per the instructions the keyboard shelf was on the desk section furthest from the computer shelf and I elected to drill four new holes and move it to the inboard desk section. Strictly personal preference. My only complaints would be that the images in the provided instructions are quite small and requires close study to ensure parts are identified correctly during assembly. And it would be nice if the holes were already drilled to use the keyboard shelf with either desk section. Overall the assembly is easy if a little tedious at times but I turned on a podcast and enjoyed the 3 hours it took to complete the desk including relocating the keyboard shelf.

Honestly an awesome product, the instructions showed 4 different set ups that you could build this thing into, and once its built, it's pretty darn sturdy, the instructions were pretty clear too... ehem, I mean, yeah, I figured it out just fine on my own, no problem, the lights have a pretty good adhesive and they don't buckle or fall off after being on for a long time either, and everything looks nice, honestly, I can't find anything negative to say about this desk, as long as you put it together correctly and don't over tighten anything, it's a option for a desk. It even has an app for the lighting control with TONS of options and customization. 10/10. Would recommend.

Nice desk and sturdy , love the stands that enable your monitors to sit up high. But I will say, pay attention to the angle of the bars before tightening things down. I frequently had to undo things because the bolt holes can line up one way but then when you go to connect another piece you realize you gave to rotate it.
