Here are the directions for cleaning the ear dryer and ear tips. DO NOT IMMERSE Ear Dryer in water. Earpieces should be cleaned after each use, especially if you have an ear infection. To clean the earpiece, first remove it from the unit. Wipe down with warm, soapy water or rubbing alcohol. Rinse and dry. To clean the Ear Dryer, remove batteries from unit.
