Q: Does this bra also have a hook in the front? My daughters bra only had the zipper and it unzipped during her soccer game :(

It has both a zipper and a hook. The zipper has never come down on me (and they have on other sports bras). It was super comfortable. It also has a back closure so you can adjust the band. I typically wear a 32F bra and purchased a 34 DD (since I own this in other Syrokan bras). I wish I would have went with a 32DD, but it was so comfortable and pretty I kept it. It is a nice supportive workout bra that makes me feel pretty!

Yes. It’s easy to put on and take off. Very adjustable especially for plus sizes

Q: Can you uncross the the straps?

No the straps can’t be uncrossed
