My husband has diabetes and CKF. He must drink a lot of water. He is also sensitive to aspartame. This has low sodium, no sugar, and no aspartame. That is 3 wins for him. plus he loves ALL the flavors. Anything that helps him drink more water is a wonderful product.

I use this with water to keep up with water loss during hot summer days at work. The Food Lion in this area at one time carried 4c products but no longer carry it. Thank you for having what I need and at a good price.

My family loves the product, but we don’t realize that coloring/dyes are added to the mixes. We have dye allergies, and it made me wonder why.It’s a great sugar-free flavor mix without nasty stuff in it, and then they add dyes to color it. Totally unnecessary. And obviously, not good for our family. I canceled our Subscribe and Save just for that reason.Otherwise, these have a great bold flavor. When taking benedryl to counteract the food dyes….. :/

I like these very much, very convenient I carry them with me and instead of buying sodas I buy water and just mix this with it and it’s really great. Love the flavor, I wish you could buy just one flavor, because sometimes I’d like one flavor over the other. But other than that everything’s fine.
