My brother collects the Happiness books and I bought this one for him. He had a stroke three years ago, and these are the perfect way to practice his reading. They are for adults, heartfelt, and have a beautiful message.

These illustrators are very talented...the drawings are super cute, but I did notice a repeated thing! "Not taking yourself too seriously" is literally mentioned twice. So I will take that advice and still keep the book since it's a wonderful reference that we all need reminding once and a while. :-)
