This is really quite good shampoo. Although I've used it only a few times, it leaves my hair really clean (free of product) and smelling fresh. I'm enjoying it very much! Thank you!

Struggled getting pump mechanism to work
Shampoo and conditioner are good. But the pump mechanism is terrible. Struggled quite a bit to get the pump mechanism to work…even causing some of the plastic to break.

This shampoo and conditioner is one of the best I’ve ever tried
Tried this at a hotel I stayed at and I didn’t use product in my hair after the shower. My hair has never felt more smooth, looked more shiny and absolutely no frizz. Also it could just be me but it made my bottle blonde hair look so much less brassy ! I had to order some for myself I’m OBSESSED

So pricey and borderline toxic
This is a $38 set of small to medium sized shampoo and conditioner, way pricer than similar products in the drug store, so I thought it must be at least nontoxic. Used it, took 7 pumps to wash my hair cos the formula is so thin, which is so disappointing for the price. And then I checked the ingredients. Here is what I got:1. Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate• A cleansing agent (surfactant). It can be quite harsh and stripping, especially for sensitive scalps or dry/curly hair. Not considered “toxic,” but it may cause dryness or irritation with frequent use.2. Fragrance (Parfum)• Often a mix of undisclosed chemicals. Can be irritating or allergenic for sensitive scalps and has been associated with hormone disruption in some cases (depending on the formulation).3. Methylchloroisothiazolinone & Methylisothiazolinone• These are preservatives. They are well-known allergens and have been linked to contact dermatitis and scalp irritation, especially with leave-on products, but can still be an issue in rinse-off ones like shampoo.For this price, its formula is so basic and borderline toxic for the scalp and hair. Now I can’t wait to finish it and change to a more natural alternative.

Best shampoo and conditioner ever!
Tried this the hotel and just small amount worked wonders with my think, course hair. Hair was smooth, soft and shiny… awesome product

Not the same as used in hotel.
Not the same.I loved this line when I stayed in the hotel. This shampoo is not the same. The consistency is much thinner and left my hair feeling dry. Not smooth and silky as when I used during my stay at hotel. Definitely pricey and not worth the expense since the formula is not the same.
