If you desire salt, then this is the way to go. Cooking and seasoning. Very little is necessary so be careful. Start very small. This is as natural as it gets. Worth it and any way you buy it is the same great natural flavor and quality. You won’t be disappointed. WAY better than any other I’ve ever experienced and I’m a salt lover. I use way less now which my doctor loves.

When I started my Keto lifestyle, I started following very reputable people who suggested I change my salt over to Redmond's. The minerals that Redmond's has in their salt must be the reason it's so different than other salts. This salt comes from an ancient underground salt sea. Nature at its finest. Once you try Redmond's, it's hard to use table salt. It's a healthy salt, and I try to find the healthiest items I can to put into my body. I never find any clumps in this salt and use it in all of my cooking recipes as well. I will say that sometimes I will be chewing and crunching on a piece of salt. Sometimes I think, "wait, do I have sand in my food?" but then you realize it's the earth's salt that you just crunched and that you are consuming something of quality. I have even seen miniature teeny tiny shakers of Redmond's that you can put in your purse so you don't go anywhere without it. (Yes, there are hardcore Redmond's groupies!) I also love the top of the larger shakers because there is a twist option for shaking and pouring.

I have been using this product for about 2 years now and it has helped immensely with seasoning my food to give it a great taste. When I am fasting and feeling tired and weak, I will put a little bit into my mouth for instant energy.

We really like the taste of it and we use it just like any other salt.
