It is simply not compatible with macOS—whether you're using a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro, you’re likely to run into serious issues. The biggest problem I faced was with voice recording. The audio gets randomly cut off in between, making it completely unreliable for any kind of professional or even casual use. This alone makes the product unusable if recording is one of your primary needs. In addition to that, the connectivity is inconsistent. The device frequently disconnects or fails to be recognized properly by the system. Even when it does connect, there are noticeable lags and performance issues. as there is little to no proper support or documentation for macOS. Customer support was also not helpful in resolving Mac-related issues. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this product if you are a Mac user.
