awsome tire, you can pump it to 100 lbs and it is rock solid constrction, hold up in arizona extreme sun and performs well, super solid deal and I would buy again

As described. Got an actual Kenda tire. Installed easy on my recumbent. Rolls fast with nice tread pattern. Got caught in the rain yesterday and it didn't slip even on fast turns with plenty of rain. Very happy. Soooo much better than the original tire from MFG.

Check the recommended PSI on the tire (or tires) when you receive them to make sure you get the ones you want. The ones I received say max pressure 65 PSI, not 100. I would have preferred the 100 PSI tires (as the product description in this listing says), but I'm okay with a max of 65, so I'm keeping them. They're well made, and were pretty easy to install.

I have an old but sleek and quick BikeE AT. I had been a fan of the Schwalbe Marathon tires but when I had a dynamo wheel built, the Weinman rim used was narrower than stock and none of the 16" inch Marathons would fit that rim. Fortunately Kenda had one that fit the Weinman and while I was concerned about durability, the Kendas on both wheels have held up quite well and seem a perfect match for my sporty little bent. They were a lot easier for me to wrestle on to the rim too. One thing, these Kwests are road slicks which means they are built for speed and quick handling, not exactly for grip; so avoid anything slippery like wet leaves.

As another reviewer noted, the worst thing about this is the size needs to be very specific. 16" can mean "standard" 305 or 349. Because tire sizing can be pretty confusing once you move away from 700c or 26" mountain bike standard, I would prefer an exact millimeter measurement of the outer diameter of the rim, as well as a millimeter measurement of the diameter of where the tire bead would sit, as well as an approximate millimeter measurement of the outer diameter with a typical tire. I took a gamble and ordered it, had to return it. A typical bike shop doesn't even have this product in their catalog because it's towards the bottom of the price bracket, so you can't even confirm the specs of a part like I normally would.

This is a quality tire and the size is right! These are getting hard to find. Guess the recumbent fad has fizzled away with our lame-assed economy! I sure am glad that the head negro in DC has done such a great job with his "CHANGE" AND WRECKED OUR ECONOMY AND TANKED OUR DOLLAR! THANKS A LOT BARRY!!!

Very happy with product and fast delivery.

I used this as a replacement tire on my BOB Ironman stroller. It was easy to get on with tire levers and gives a smooth ride. I will buy more when the other tires need to be replaced.
