Absolutely Love this Crystal Fandelier
This crystal fandelier is so beautiful and quiet. I love how the fan blades appear almost invisible. My only negative is that the lowest speed is pretty fast moving. Sometimes, I like to have a lazy cycle to slowly circulate the room. I love the light bouncing effects of the crystals on the ceiling and walls of my bedroom. I would not hesitate to buy this fan again!

Beautiful bling to my bedroom.
This fandelier is beautiful, quite, remote control is easy to use and I installed the holder on the wall. I had a license electrician install my fandelier because that is what I like to do when it comes to electrical work.

Lights are shorting out. Possible fire hazard.
I’ve tried contacting manufacturer and get help on fixing lights. They’re shorting out and can’t use. No response as of 4/8/24.If you purchase I would advise getting extended warranty.We did like it while it worked

Glamorous
This is by far a very glamorous ceiling fan. I hired my contractor to install it because as heavy as it weighs, I wanted it installed by professionals. I love it!!

Love it but had some issues
I love this fandelier but the light originally stopped working after a couple of hours and several of the crystals were missing. Amazon replaced the original within a week and I haven’t had any issue with the new one. The instructions are not helpful so I’m glad the electrician knew what to do. It took me about 30mins to hang all of the crystals.

Low quality, mpossible to install, junk. With bad directions.
I've installed a lot of fans. It's not that complicated. This one is. I especially hate directions that are so bad, they might as well not have included any. I also hate extra parts for which there are no explanations. Directions call the screw in the image a wood screw. And yet, it's not shown anywhere else in the directions and it's definitely not a wood screw. What is it for? Is it important? Will the fan explode if they aren't used? Who knows... Quality of the metal is low. It's flimsy and I had to straighten several dings out. The description calls it a smart fan and a dimmable fan perit to date, I have not been able to figure out how to dim it or how to get it connected to the internet. Two good things, it moves a lot of air and is really beautiful.

Happy with my purchase
This is such a beautiful addition to my living room. When the chandelier is on, the crystals cast a faint rainbow shadow across the walls and floor. No one can tell it’s a ceiling fan until I show them that it is, which is just what I wanted. I love it 😊
