Great "noir" artwork with spiderman,iron man, daredevil,angel,x men noir villains and more.Introduces a new INVESTIGATE game mechanic and two new masterminds. Works well with the base game by adding 4 new schemes using a new HIDDEN WITNESS mechanic. Have added it all to the base game and it integrates seamlessly by only adding a couple of new things to learn rather than a big box expansion that could overwhelm some new players.The noir setting sees the hero and villains from an alternate reality so they are recognisable as there more famous counterparts but different enough in card abilities to be suitable of being used together I.E. spiderman,spider friends and spiderman noir versus the goblin noir..or evil x men noir (who are now thieves) vs x men...recommended...
