One star because the manufacturer will only read one-star reviews. It is an excellent case, apart from 3 issues: 1. I have had two of these cases and for reasons that will become apparent, I need to buy a third. Initially I bought one at £12.99. To replace with exactly the same product, today will cost £32.99. This price hike is only fanning the flames of inflation. 2. There's a hole right over the front camera. This allows dirt and water ingress requiring the whole case to be replaced. I really don't understand the logic. If people really need to share their boat race with others, surely it would be better to protect the little lense. 3. You know this is Chinese because there's no consideration for our planet. I'm no eco warrior, but I do detest waste. Because of the way the thumbprint reader and screen protector work, it is not possible to detach, clean the screen protector and reassemble with a working thumbprint reader. Whatismore, they do not supply replacement screen protectors. Two come in the box, but only one works with the thumbprint reader. When the unnecessary hole in the front of the screen protector has let in too much dirt and it becomes so difficult to read the phone's screen, a clean or replacement screen protector is not possible, one has to buy a completely new case, even though 98% of the product is perfectly functional. I have raised these issues before with the manufacturer and they've had years to implement changes. As the manufacturer has failed to act, I will fail to buy the product a third time.

This is one of the best case for protection

Love this case and brand! I bought the same one for my Samsung 21 Ultra previously and it definitely had 360 protection. Everytime I dropped my phone it would literally just bounce back with no scratches or damage to the phone. The only issue I had with the case was the built in kickstand. Over time the hitch to pull it out broke off so I had to ducktape it to improvise until I upgraded to my current SS 23 Ultra. Hoping this case will last another 2 years until my next phone upgrade. Otherwise, no issues. I'm happy with it!

It comes with an EXTRA screen protector!!! It is so hard to find the perfect case with a screen protector in the first place let alone an extra one in the box. I purchased this same case 2 years ago and it literally just started scratching up and the kickstand finally came off which is why I'm getting a replacement. (Refer to pics) NOT BAD FOR 2 YEARS. After searching for 2 weeks to find a different case I realized this one lasted me 2 years so why not just go for it again and this time it came with an extra screen protector which was a really cool surprise. Tytyty. Awesome grip, which is what made me fall in love with this in the first place. The installation is so easy and took me literally 4 minutes. Yes, I timed myself this time. With how thin phones are these days, it helps that this case is thicker and extremely easy to hold and handle. Great value for every penny spent on this case. The durability is outstanding as well. My hands shake so much and I'm always on the move that yes, my phone drops out of my hand many times and this case has held up beautifully. The only place that liquid can possibly get in is at the very top where the hole is for the front camera. I've never had an issue with that anyway. I just want to throw that out there. As for the rest of the seal for this case, perfection...hense this second purchase. And it's an absolute perfect fit for my s23 ultra.

So I ended up getting this case today and it fits perfect. You can either use it with or without the screen protector which is great for people with different opinions on it. I wasn't sure if i was gonna use the screen protector part just because the fingerprints might not work. Well the good news is that the fingerprint part works really good with no problem at all. I recommend this case to anyone!
