Bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday. Bought so that she had put her mobile phone in it. Came in a lovely presentation box.She loves it. Highly recommend it

Disgusting! Must have been previously used?
Disappointed at the state of this bag! I’d previously bought the brown colour way and after receiving that I went on to order the coral. I was about to write a glowing review of the brown bag as I was really happy with the finish and quality and then I received this one 😱 It’s in a shocking condition and looks like it may have been pre-owned? I’ve enclosed pictures of the very obvious damage to it and I’ve returned it for a refund. It’s really put me off trying to buy another colour as it was an absolute mess!
